So Here We GO....

Ok, so I decided to do this! I'm starting a blog. I have no guarantee that anyone will follow my blog, but I'm willing to share my story if it means helping and encouraging others. I'll try to make it funny, light-hearted, but most of all, TRANSPARENT! If you are looking for a typical health & wellness blog filled with typical weight-loss stuff, this probably ain't it!! I'm just gonna talk about me...talk about how I got to where I am now and pass along the knowledge that I have been empowered with in the past two years of my life.
